Punjabi singer Amrit Maan got into a controversy over not taking a selfie at the wedding ceremony. Amrit Maan had come to perform at this wedding. When the relative of the groom started abusing from the mic, Amrit Maan left the program after finishing it and after that the baratis created a ruckus.

Prabhjot Singh of Ghalkalan village in Moga lives in Canada. Prabhjot’s marriage was scheduled on February 10 and therefore he had returned to Punjab a few days earlier. Prabhjot’s family held the wedding program at Moga’s City Park Palace and booked singer Amrit Mann to perform.
Everything was going well in the wedding and Amrit Maan was singing songs on the request of the guests. At the same time, one of Prabhjot’s relatives got on the stage in a drunken state and wanted to take a photo with him, but Amrit Mann refused. At this, the relative of the bridegroom Prabhjot got angry and started abusing Amrit Maan.
Amrit Maan ended the program and left after seeing the matter progressing. After this, the Baratis started rioting. They surrounded Amrit Mann’s manager and his associates. Barati was demanding his payment back due to leaving the program.

Amrit Maan gave a complaint to the police after which DCP Moga and City SP along with the SHOs of two police stations reached the marriage palace. The SP headquarters said that the police is listening to both sides and further action will be taken only after knowing everything.
