A major accident occurred at Gilzewala village of Giddarbaha when the laborers were returning to the tractor-trolley after leaving the paddy field in the farmer’s field, when suddenly the accident occurred due to low wires. Giving information about this, Sarpanch Daljit Singh Maan said that the laborers were returning on the trolley at about 8 o’clock to plant paddy in the farm of Kothe Santa Singh, when the current started.

He said that three laborers were electrocuted and about 15 laborers were riding in the trolley. Giving information, he said that Jagjit Singh Charna Singh died while Sukhmandar Singh Malkit Singh was admitted to a private hospital in an injured condition.
