This case is from last September 1. That evening, Jyoti Kumari, a resident of Sarna, reached the Civil Hospital with her mother-in-law for delivery. The staff present there referred him to Amritsar hospital saying that his case is very bad, so we cannot deliver. Jyoti said that when she reached the hospital, the staff there first asked her to do an ultrasound. When he came back to the staff after getting the ultrasound done, after seeing the report, they asked him to take him to Amritsar.
