The dead body of a 7-year-old child has been found in Faridkot. The body was recovered from the water works tank between Sanjay Nagar and BSF headquarters. Which was searched by the dog squad team. This child had suddenly gone missing 3 days ago around 5 pm and since then the police were continuously searching for him. Along with this, the relatives have expressed the fear that the child will be killed.
The deceased’s father Bhupinder Singh and mother Sandeep Kaur, resident of Wada Jawahar Singh Wala Talwandi Bhai Ferozepur, said that 3 days ago he came to Sanjay Nagar with his son Gurnoor Singh at 4 pm. A little later, at around 5 o’clock, Baba Farid ji was ready to offer his obeisance, Gurnoor was nowhere to be seen, searched everywhere, but could not find him. Bhupinder informed the police the same day.
As soon as the information was received, the police also registered an FIR regarding Gurnoor’s disappearance and started searching for the child with the help of dog squad. But Gurnoor’s body was found floating in the tank this afternoon. The family members suspect that someone has murdered Gurnoor. In such a situation, they are demanding from the police that the killer of the son should be caught as soon as possible and given the strictest punishment.
