Supplementary challan presented in Kotakpura shooting case

Kotkapura Firing Case: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by LK Yadav ADGP has submitted another supplementary challan of over 2400 pages in the Kotakpura shooting incident.

Supplementary challan U/S 173(8) has been presented against the accused including then Home Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal and then DGP Sumedh Singh Saini, the mastermind of the deep conspiracy, in the case of Kotakpura shooting incident, led by LK Yadav ADGP.

Other culprits are:

Parkash Singh Badal The then Chief Minister (co-conspirator and mastermind)

Param Raj Singh Umarangalthe then CP Ludhiana (co-conspirator, facilitator and operator of the secret design and predetermined agenda).

Charanjit Sharma The then SSP Moga (co-conspirator, facilitator and secret conspirator)

Amar Singh Chahal Then DIG Ferozepur Range (Executive).

Sukhmandar Hon The then SSP Faridkot (Executive)

Gurdeep Singh then SHO City Kotkapura (arranged submissions and illegitimate manipulations to serve fictitious agendas)

In compliance with the orders of the Hon’ble High Court, it was held in the District Court of Faridkot in the court of District Magistrate Ajaipal Singh.

The challan of 2400 pages is accompanied by sanction U/S 197 CrPC from the Government of Punjab to prosecute the accused mentioned in column 4 of the challan. This 112 page supplementary chargesheet is supported by 2374 pages of relevant facts, documents, sanction order and CFSL report.

It may be mentioned that on 24th February, 2023 the SIT issued the first challan (of 7,000 pages) u/s 173 u/s 307, 153, 119, 109, 34, 201, 217, 218, 218, 153, 119, 109, 307, 153, 119, 109, 217, 218, presented on 24, 2023. 167, 193, 323, 324, 504, 465, 466, 471, 427, 120B IPC, 25/27 – 54/59 Arms Act.
