Gold medal to 55 toppers and degree to 56 researchers

The convocation ceremony of the university began with academic procession, national anthem and anthem. Through the convocation, 22830 undergraduate-postgraduate students and 56 PhD students of the session 2022 were awarded. However, only 54 toppers of graduate and post graduate and all 56 research scholars were awarded research degrees in the ceremony. One best graduate was given Gold Medal along with 54 toppers. Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Sonajharia Minj highlighted the achievements of the University while delivering the welcome speech, while Vice-Chancellor Dr. Bimal Prasad Singh proposed the vote of thanks. Registrar Dr. Sanjay Kumar Sinha, Controller of Examination Jai Kumar Sah, Dean Dr. Jainendra Kumar Yadav, Prof. Dr. RKS Chowdhary, Dr. Abdus Sattar and officials of the University and District Administration were present.
