Shreya Singla of Bathinda lit up the name of Punjab, won the gold medal in the World Deaf Badminton Championship in Brazil.

While talking to the media, Shreya said that she had to work hard to reach this point, and her family supported her a lot. He also faced some difficulties due to his inability to hear. But due to hard work he won medals many times. His hard work paid off.

Shreya says I am the only girl in whole Punjab who has won many medals but I never got anything from Punjab government not even congratulated. Shreya Singla, who won the gold medal in the 6th World Deaf Badminton Championship held in Brazil, received a warm welcome on her arrival in Bathinda. On this occasion, his school principal Suraj Setia and District Sports Officer Parminder Singh also attended.
