The Cabinet meeting scheduled for April 27 has been rescheduled by the Punjab government. Now this meeting will be held on April 28, Friday at 10.30 am at the Punjab Civil Secretariat. It is to be noted that the funeral of former Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal will be held tomorrow, in view of which the Punjab government has decided to change the time of the cabinet meeting.
S. Parkash Singh Badal breathed his last at Fortis Hospital in Mohali yesterday. His dead body was kept for last darshan at the party office in Chandigarh on Wednesday morning.
Prime Minister Modi is also here. Had come to pay homage to Badal. After this, his dead body is being taken to Badal village. At village Badal itself with full official honors at 1 pm. Parkash Singh Badal will be cremated.
