Punjab government freed illegal occupation of NRI's house in 48 hours

Punjab NRIs Affairs Minister: Punjab NRI Affairs Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal today reached Patiala and former MP of Canada. The Peka family of Neena Grewal freed the ancestral house buried under illegal possession by someone for the last two and a half years and handed over the documents of the house to Neena Grewal and other family members.

Cabinet Minister Dhaliwal said that Neena Mittal’s father late S. The ancestral house of Nihal Singh Dhillon’s family located here in Sevak Colony, which was under illegal occupation for the last two and a half years and after the process of vacating it within 48 hours after receiving the application from the Punjab Government, this house was handed over to late Dhillon’s daughter Nina. Grewal and daughter-in-law Parveer Dhillon have been handed over possession today.

On this occasion, NRI Affairs Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal said that the Punjab government has launched an ‘NRI ‘Meeting Punjabis’ programs have been conducted, during which more than 50 percent of the 623 complaints received have been settled and action is ongoing on others.
