For this you need (Ugadi Pachadi Ingredients)

Jaggery powder – 100 grams
Neem flowers – 2 tbsp
Chili powder – ¼ tsp
Green mango with peel – 3 tbsp, cut into small pieces

Fresh tamarind pulp – 30 grams
Rock salt – a pinch
Finely chopped green chili – 2
Coconut – 3 tbsp
Water – 1/2 cup
If sugarcane is available, 2 tbsp can be peeled and cut into small pieces.

Here is the special recipe of Ugadi Pachadi.

In a large bowl, mix the tamarind pulp and jaggery powder well. Add a tablespoon of water to mix well. Add mango pieces, salt, chili, chili powder, neem flower, coconut pieces and sugarcane pieces to it. If you want to make it thicker, you can also mash 2 bananas in it.
You can add water as needed to dilute it.

If you want to drink it as a beverage, you can add more water. If you want to take it as a food, add very little water.
