Mann said that the color of this stamp paper will be green and it will be more expensive than other stamp papers as it will include CLU, Forset, pollution and fire related issues in all the NOC money. He said that after this, whenever the registry takes place, after 10 or 11 days, the industrialist can start the construction of his factory. Mann said that the green stamp paper for the industry will be available online.

Mann said that after this decision, the traders and factory planters will avoid any trouble. Their visits to government offices will be avoided. Mann said that a single stamp paper will have all the clearances. Mann said that the green stamp paper would mean that the factory owner has taken all the NOCs and paid his money.
Chief Minister Mann said that if an officer goes to inspect the factory, he will show only the stamp paper to the factory officer. Mann said that everything related to the property will be known just by looking at the stamp paper.
Chief Minister Mann said that Punjab has become the first state in India to do color coding. Mann expressed hope that this decision will give relief to the industrialists. Mann said that he hoped that his decision would be adopted by other states of the country.
