The Chief Minister said that when an industrialist registers his industry, he will be provided with a green stamp paper. Which will be given clearance in two weeks.
With this, the construction of the factory can be started soon. This will reduce the hardships of many industrialists and the traders will not have to go round the offices, earlier the traders used to deposit money and get interest, which caused them a lot of loss. Apart from this green stamp paper, any kind of N. oh C. One had to go round the government offices to get it, all this will be done away with.
The Chief Minister said that when the factory is ready, the pollution and forest certificate will be stamped on the same stamp paper. This Astam paper means that the factory owner has all N. oh C. Cleared. If after a year or two an official comes to do some kind of checking in the factory, he will be shown this stamp paper only. The said officer will see this stamp paper to see if the land is being used for the purpose for which it was purchased.
The Chief Minister said that Punjab is one such state in the country, in which the decision has been taken to color code the stamp paper. Hope it will be successful. As of now it is only being launched for the industry. Color coding will also be implemented for housing and land sellers in the near future. whose stem paper colors will be different. Mann said that when the industry will be established in Punjab, the young boys and girls of Punjab will get employment.
