Bureau report : The brutal act of a puncher has come to light in Phillaur after which he has been arrested by the police. Panch of village Chhoti Pal Nau sentenced a migrant laborer to a minor migrant laborer of his village. The minor laborer was first beaten like an executioner and then tied his feet and hanged him. A migrant laborer escaped with Panch Manveer’s 35,000. He gave his punishment to the minor of the same village. After the video went viral, the police have arrested Manveer while a raid is being conducted in search of his 2 accomplices.
Actually, Panch Manveer Singh had given 35 thousand rupees to Amarjit, a laborer from Bihar. Amarjit ran away, Manveer made the footage of him going on a bicycle viral so that Amarjit’s information can be found. Manveer came to know that 17-year-old Amarjit, who ran away with money, lives in Mithlesh village, so he along with his colleagues picked him up. Not only these, the victim’s father made a video call and showed the beating of Mithlesh live and then demanded 35,000.
It is being told that after the beating, Panch Manveer tied his hands and feet and hung him upside down from a tree and beat him badly. The family also started crying, Manveer threatened to pay 35,000 or else he will kill them. The family took a loan and put the money in Manveer’s account. After receiving the money, it is alleged that Manveer had a drinking party. The surprising thing is that till then the minor laborer Mithlesh was hanging upside down. Blood started coming from Mithlesh’s ears, nose and eyes. When the situation worsened, he was taken by Manveer to an unknown place.
In the joy of getting 35 thousand, Manveer celebrated by drinking alcohol. After this act of Manveer went viral, some people complained to the Human Rights Commission, then the police station in-charge Inspector Harjinder Sigh came to the attention of the whole matter. The police conducted the medical examination of the victim on Monday. Even the youth who ran away with the money is not known, but the way in which the minor Mithlesh was oppressed in his place cannot be justified in any way.
