Farmers of Punjab and Haryana will march to Delhi at 11 am today. Farmers have made complete preparations for this. A large number of farmers are gathering at the borders. Farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher said that we have told the government that you can kill us, but please do not oppress the farmers. We request the Prime Minister to come forward for a peaceful resolution of this front and end this protest by announcing a law guaranteeing minimum support price for farmers.

At the press conference at the Shambhu border, the farmer leaders appealed to the youth to work with patience. Regarding today's 'Delhi Chalo' march, farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher said, 'We tried our best. We attended the meetings, every point was discussed and now the decision has to be taken by the central government. We will keep calm. The Prime Minister should come forward and accept our demands. 1.5-2 lakh crore rupees is not a huge amountโ€ฆ these obstacles should be removed and we should be allowed to march towards Delhi.'

Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal said, โ€œWe have no intention to create any chaos… We have planned to go to Delhi from November 7. If the government says that they did not get enough time, it means that the government is trying to ignore us.

He said that it is not right that such huge barricades have been put up to stop us.
