1. Oatmeal and Yogurt Scrub

Oatmeal is rich in antioxidants. Along with this, anti-inflammatory property is present in it, which is considered very beneficial for the skin. A combination of yogurt and oatmeal can be a better alternative to scrubbing.

For this, you have to mix two spoons of oats, one spoon of yogurt and one spoon of coconut oil together. Then apply it on the skin and scrub the skin in circular motion with light hands. After that clean the skin with lukewarm water.

2. Apple and Honey Scrub

Honey provides enough moisture to the skin and helps in keeping it soft. At the same time, the amount of acid and enzyme is naturally present in apples. Acting as an exfoliating agent, it helps in removing dead skin cells from your skin. At the same time, antibacterial property is present in honey. The combination of these two removes the dirt by going inside the pores of the skin and prevents the skin from acne, pimples.

To apply it, first grate the apple. Now add 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon jojoba oil to it. Mix all together and apply on the skin.
