Cardamom powder – half teaspoon
Black salt – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 tsp

  • For this, prepare a paste by adding a cup of cashews, green chillies, ginger and milk in a mixie jar.

  • After this step, you have to mix kasoori methi, black pepper, cardamom powder, black salt and cumin powder in it.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and prepare the sauce for broccoli.
  • Now wash the broccoli, cut it into pieces and keep it to boil.
  • Let the broccoli cook on low flame for about 5 -7 minutes.
  • When the broccoli becomes soft, take it out and put it in cold water. Take out the water and add it to the cream
