Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann this morning in Jalandhar PAP. He will also give appointment letters to the recently selected sub-inspector rank officers as well as other newly recruited police personnel in the police department here. Sub Inspector has been selected for Mansa. Here only sub-inspector Sandeep Punia will be given appointment letter. The rest of the sub-inspectors have been asked to be present at the Mansa police line. A dress code has also been enforced for sub-inspector rank officers who have received appointment letters.
According to the letter issued by the DGP office, the people coming to get the appointment letter have been asked to wear light colored shirts and dark colored pants. Girls have been asked to wear light colored clothes or sarees.
Out of 7 sub inspectors only 1 is from Punjab
The selection list of sub-inspector rank officers for Mansa includes the names of seven sub-inspectors which has been released from the Punjab Police Headquarters. Out of these seven, only one Kuldeep Singh son of Ajaib Singh is a resident of Rampura Phool (Bathinda) Punjab. All others are from Haryana. Political parties have started besieging the Bhagwant Mann government by raising many questions regarding these appointments.
