CBI arrested 3 accused at Ludhiana railway station, accused of black tickets

The CBI team of Ferozepur mandal has arrested 3 people at Ludhiana railway station who used to black the instant tickets. Two of the arrested accused are railway employees and one is a shopkeeper. The shopkeeper’s setting was with the railway employees who used to bring him instant tickets.

The arrested railway employees have been identified as Prakash Kumar Yadav (48) resident of Railway Colony and Mukesh (31). The third accused is Jaspal Singh who is a shopkeeper. The CBI team already had secret information that both the railway employees were illegally engaged in ticket blacking.

Both the railway employees used to reach the reservation center early in the morning to collect the instant tickets. They used to go 1-1 daily to withdraw the ticket. Every time they used the name of an official that Sahib’s relatives had the ticket. They used to charge more than Rs 500 per ticket. Two tickets have been received from the shopkeeper. The price of which is 5940 and 2410 rupees. The accused will be arrested and produced in court.

Ticket black work is done on a large scale around the railway station, but Ludhiana RPF never considered it necessary to stop it due to collusion. Now when the senior officials of Northern Railway noticed this, the CIB has also raided and arrested three persons.
