BSF and police recovered 4 kg of heroin during the search operation

In the joint checking operation of Punjab Police and BSF conducted on cross-border drone activity in Jalalabad, 4 kg 177 grams of heroin has been recovered, the value of which is said to be in crores. A case has been registered under section 21-C, 23, 61 and 85.

Investigating officer CIA staff Fazilka in-charge Inspector Amarinder Singh Gill said that on the orders of senior officers, a search operation was conducted by BSF and police under the leadership of DSP Jalalabad on the information of drone activity in village Jodha Bhaini. In this search operation, 8 packets were recovered in two bags dropped from Pakistan by drone.

Out of which there was a total of 4 kg 177 grams of heroin which Sadar Jalalabad police have registered a case against the unknown trafficker while taking possession of it. Let us tell you that 2 kg 98 grams of heroin was also recovered during the search operation in village Jodha Bhaini. In which a case has been registered against unknown smugglers.
