Former state president of Punjab Congress Navjot Singh Sidhu (Navjot Singh Sidhu) met Punjab Governor Banwari Lal Purohit today. Sidhu raised many issues of Punjab before the Governor. Among them, the issue of law and order, excise and non-giving of information sought through RTI was raised. Sidhu told the governor that the information sought through RTI is not being given to him by the Punjab government.

A few days ago, Sidhu had asked the Punjab government for details of the expenditure on planes and government helicopters, which were not given to him. Today Sidhu met the Governor in this regard. Apart from this, Sidhu also discussed the law and order in Punjab and the loan being taken by the government with the governor.

The government has completely failed
After the meeting, Sidhu addressed the media and alleged that the government has failed completely and the government has no answer on all the issues of the state. Sidhu also raised questions on the excise policy. Sidhu said that the Aam Aadmi Party government used to say that revenue from excise would be increased. But the government has not done anything about it yet. Navjot Sidhu also accused the Aam Aadmi Party of breaking its promise to the people.
Apart from this, Navjot Singh Sidhu straw surrounded the Punjab government on the issue of Sidhu said that this is the same government that once talked about giving compensation of Rs 5000 per acre to the farmers. He said that there is no fault of the farmers but the government has completely failed on this issue.
