Meanwhile, in front of the police who were completing the paperwork, the angry people thrashed Pappu Yadav, the nephew of the deceased, on the basis of suspicion. Stones were also pelted at the police who went to rescue. During this the police had to do aerial firing. Ramkanda police station in-charge Shivlal Kumar Gupta got hurt in this incident of stone pelting. At the same time, the treatment of the injured nephew is going on in the hospital.
Police reached the spot and recovered the bike from the shop of the deceased’s nephew next to the spot. Chicken has also been found from the trunk of the motorcycle. During this, the police seized a pot and stone stained with blood as evidence. Due to the tense situation in the village after the incident, the police camped throughout the day. Circle officer Pushkar Singh Munda also reached the spot and took stock of the situation.

It is said that the deceased Shivpujan Yadav returned from the fair held at Gorayakaram Tola on Sunday, instead of going to his home, went to his brick kiln in Parhiya Tola of the village itself.
Went with his motorcycle to the shop of his nephew Pappu Yadav near the brick kiln and left the bike parked there. It is being said that he went to his cousin’s house after drinking alcohol. The family alleges that in a mutual enmity, the members of his Gotia family killed him by drinking alcohol. After this incident, there is silence in the village. On the other hand, the family members are in bad condition by crying.
