Chandigarh: The Punjab government has formed a new SIT against Bikram Singh Majithia. This new investigation team has been formed in the multi-crore drug scam. IG Mukhwinder Singh Chhina will head the SIT. Earlier, DIG Rahul was the head of SIT. Apart from this, no change has been made in the SIT team. A case was registered against Bikram Singh Majithia under the NDPS Act on 20 December 2021 in Mohali. In this, Majithia also had to go to jail but currently he is out on bail.
Shiromani Akali Dal leader Virsa Singh Valtoha said that if someone commits a crime, he should be investigated but the way dirty politics is being done in Punjab, it is very wrong. Governments do not last forever. They may take away their wishes, but Majithia is not afraid.
