A 3-year-old child was kidnapped in Tarn Taran, the mother’s condition was poor, she is appealing to the government: Video

A 3-year-old child has been kidnapped from Tarn Taran in Punjab. The abduction took place when the child was traveling with his father. The incident took place at Dhotian village of Tarn Taran at around 7.30 pm on Sunday night. The police have started action based on the statements of the father.

All the three accused came in a Swift car
The kidnapped child has been identified as 3-year-old Gursevak Singh. Giving information, Tarn Taran police said that Gursevak was going to village Dhotian with his father Angrej Singh. It was around 7.30 in the evening. Suddenly a Swift car stopped near Angrej Singh. 2 Mone and a Sikh youth got down from the car.

Father caught, still took away
According to the police, the youth took out a knife and put it on Angrez Singh’s neck and started asking for his mobile phone. He immediately handed over the mobile phone to the accused but while leaving, the accused also took away the Gursevak. Angrez Singh overpowered the Gursevak but all the three youths took the Gursevak by force and ran away in the car.

Police checking CCTV cameras
SHO Chohla Sahib said that the police is alert as soon as the information about the child’s abduction is received. The picture of the child has been put up at every police station and checkpoints. CCTVs are being scanned to locate the child to trace the movement of the accused from the car. Father Angrej Singh is unconscious after the incident.
