The deceased was a resident of Aalo Bhatti, Mukerian village of Dasuha. 27-year-old Praveen worked in a store in Victor Valley, California, where he was shot. According to the information, Sooram Singh, uncle of the deceased Praveen Kumar said that he has 2 nephews and both of them work at the same place in America. It has been 7 years since Praveen went to America and the younger brother went to America only 3 months ago. While giving information on the phone, the younger nephew said that Praveen was shot last night. A 15-16 year old youth of Mexican origin came to the store and started asking for money, then Praveen fought him bravely and because he had a gun, he started shooting at Praveen one after another.
Demand to bring Praveen’s dead body to India
Suram Singh said that Praveen has left behind an elderly mother and younger brother who is in America, Praveen’s father died in 2015. The family has requested the government to bring the body of deceased Praveen to India. So that they can bury their child in India.
