Nirmal Singh’s father Sukhdev Singh has claimed that the car was scrapped in a major accident only 3 months after purchase. The family returned it to the car agency as a total loss and claimed it. Nirmal Singh’s father Sukhdev Singh said that his son is in the army and his posting is in Assam. At home, Nirmal Singh’s wife Babaldeep Kaur said that the Hyundai VanU car with number PB31W4831 was taken by her husband from an agency in Jalandhar in June 2021. Babaldeep said that after 3 months in October 2021, there was a major accident with a tractor near Kot Dhamu village of Mansa. The car was completely destroyed in this accident. That is why the family gave the scrapped car to the total loss agency and took a claim. They have no idea what happened to the car after that.
Sold the car 4 times after being scrapped
Nirmal Singh, the owner of the car, said that he bought this car in June 2021, which had an accident in October 2021. Then after a complaint sent to the Hyundai company, the Hyundai agency in Barnala took the car to the workshop where the insurance adjuster put it as a total loss. After which the Hyundai company paid the money according to the value and sold the vehicle to Jitinder Grover in the same condition. About 9 months later on July 2022, Jitendra Grover sold the car to a person named Vijay Pal, who is a resident of Sonia Vihar in North East Delhi.
According to Nirmal, this car was sold 2 more times after Vijay Pal. A few months ago, he also received a message on the mobile phone about the car challan, so he also spoke to Jitendra Grover and Vijay Pal to get the vehicle transferred. Nirmal Singh said that Jitendra and Vijay contacted the people who had bought the vehicle. They were also asked to make a new RC of the car. Is it made RC or not? They do not have any update for this at the moment.
