The police have arrested the accused and registered an FIR under the POSCO Act. According to the new law made under IPC and CRPC, if there is a case of forced sexual intercourse with a minor, then he can be punished with hanging.
The owner took the sleeping girl away
According to the information, a migrant worker lived in a rented house in Jabosudhar village of Sultanpur Lodhi. A 9-year-old girl was sleeping with him late at night. Who could not speak or hear. In the middle of the night, the landlord took her daughter away and committed the heinous crime of rape with her. When the accused came to drop off the girl after committing the heinous crime, she woke up and the accused escaped.
An FIR was filed against the accused after getting medical done
On the complaint of the victim girl’s father, the Sultanpur Lodhi Police took immediate action and got the girl medically examined and registered an FIR under the POSCO Act against the accused person of rape. DSP Babandeep said that raids are being conducted to search for the accused. The accused will be arrested soon.
