He has appealed to the people of the panchayats adjacent to the low-lying area of ​​Pong not to go near the river. He said that if there is any person or animal near the low-lying area of ​​Pong, they should be taken to a safe place immediately. He appealed to the people to be alert and asked the administration to cooperate.
