Manpreet Badal has not been arrested yet
The vigilance team has so far arrested Rajiv Kumar, Amandeep Singh, Vikas Arora. In this case, the main accused Manpreet Badal, PCS officer Bikramjit Shergill and Superintendent Pankaj are still out of vigilance custody. The three accused arrested by the vigilance were produced in the court. The court sent these three accused to judicial custody till October 13.
