An official informed in this regard that this has been a regular tradition. Sisodia has resigned, so this bungalow will be allotted to Atishi. Sisodia is lodged in Tihar Jail in alleged corruption and Satyendar Jain in alleged money laundering case. He recently resigned from the post of minister. After this Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj were included in the cabinet. The CBI had arrested Sisodia on February 26 for alleged corruption in the preparation and implementation of the canceled Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22. He is in judicial custody till March 20.
Court extends ED custody of AAP leader Manish Sisodia by five days
Here, a Delhi court on Friday extended the custody of Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for five more days. The ED had requested the court to extend Sisodia’s custody for seven more days. The court extended his custody till March 22. Arrested in a money laundering case related to the Delhi Excise Policy, former Deputy Chief Minister Sisodia was produced by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the court of Special Judge MK Nagpal.
