Amritsar: The incidents of robberies are increasing continuously in the state. Due to which common people are confused. Two such cases have come to light from Amritsar where robbers have carried out two incidents of robbery in 12 hours. The robbers robbed a jewelery shop on Tarn Taran Road, while on the other hand they raided a milk shop in Cheharta, shot dead the owner and looted cash.

According to the information received, the incident of robbery was carried out at the Waguru Jewelers shop located on Tarn Taran Road last evening. Shop owner Hari Singh said that everyone was doing their work at the shop as usual. After this, three masked persons entered the shop. Two of them were carrying pistols.

As soon as the robbers came, they drew pistols on everyone. The robbers first looted about 35 thousand in cash from the street and then also stole the silver ornaments kept in the shop. The entire incident was caught on CCTV.

SHO Ranjit Singh said that the CCTV of the incident. has taken over. A special team has been formed to identify the robbers. Along with this, a pistol has also been recovered from the robbers, which is a country cut. Which the robbers left inside the shop while robbing.

On the other hand, Rajinder Singh Kalia, who runs a milk shop in Bhalla Colony of Chheharta, was shot dead by robbers last afternoon. According to the information received, Rajinder Singh Kalia was sitting at his shop at 4.10 pm. Then three robbers came to his shop and pointed a pistol at him. When Rajinder Kalia resisted, the robbers shot him, due to which he died on the spot. The robbers took the cash from the street and fled from there.
