Channi who mentions assets worth 10 crores during the 2022 Punjab assembly elections is not poor.

Malwinder Singh Kang said that Channi’s drama of belonging to the poor and SC community on the holy occasion of Baisakhi and Ambedkar Jayanti is reprehensible. He said that this is contrary to the teachings of Guru Sahib who taught us equality and Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar’s constitution ensured equal rights and opportunities for all. Kang said that these people took the votes of poor people and then did nothing for them but thanks to corruption they are now millionaires and own their own palaces.

He said that if Channi was really a sympathizer of the SC community, why did he not take any action against the leaders and officials responsible for the SC scholarship scam. Why did Channi not bring forward a single SC community leader from his constituency Chamkaur Sahib?

AAP spokesperson added that only Aam Aadmi Party and our national convener Arvind Kejriwal are following the ideology of Bhagat Singh and Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. Dr. Ambedkar inspired us to uplift the downtrodden in our society and we are building schools of eminence for children from poor families. Government schools are being reformed so that students belonging to poor families can become officers by getting quality education.

He said that on the one hand, the AAP government is making efforts to propagate the teachings of Sri Guru Ravidas ji through the study center and on the other hand, Channi’s name is associated with people like Praveen Kumar, who have been accused of illegal colonies and corruption. have been Kang said that the Congress has always targeted the votes of the poor to advance its political agenda.
