Meanwhile, the statement of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal has come out. He said that there will be a big meeting of farmers' organizations on February 27 and 28. In those meetings, the leadership of the entire country will be invited and discussions will be held. After this, the program of the next meeting will be announced through a press conference.

He said that in the previous farmers' movement, while the demands have been accepted and a large number of people have gathered to implement them, a front has been formed and when the front has been formed, it was the responsibility of the government to accept the demands and implement it. It would have been implemented but it did not happen. The promises made by the government were not fulfilled, due to which the farmers had to agitate again.

Recently, 32-year-old Gurjant Singh of Ferozepur died in a road accident near Rajpura. Farmer organizations paid tribute to the deceased farmer at Shambhu border. On this, Dallewal said that the Punjab government should declare Gurjant Singh as the sacrifice of the farmers' movement. Also, due compensation and other facilities should be given to the victim's family. He said that the farmers' organization will also raise this matter before the state government.
