Bureau report : A 28-year-old youth has been beaten to death in Aulakh village of Faridkot. It is alleged that the young man entered his in-law’s family by crossing the wall at night, he had reached to meet his wife who was forcibly kept by her parents. But the girls brutally killed him. The police have taken possession of the body and started the investigation.
The in-charge of Thana Sadar Faridkot said that the deceased has been identified as Gurikbal Singh. Gurjit Singh, Kuldeep, Dilpreet Singh and Kulwant Kaur have been named in the murder case on the complaint of Harbansh, the father of the deceased. After this, Gurjit Singh has been arrested. The rest are said to be absconding.
