On this occasion, Shiromani Committee member Advocate Bhagwant Singh Sialka, talking about the life history of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur ji, said that Baba Banda Singh Bahadur was the founder of the Sikh state, who reformed the oppressors and established the Sikh state and coined the Khalsa state. .
