On this occasion, after the feast of Sri Akhand Path Sahib, the band of Hazuri Ragi Bhai Sahib Singh of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib performed Gurbani Kirtan. The prayer was offered by Bhai Sarwan Singh and the holy edict was delivered by Bhai Harmitar Singh, the narrator of Gurdwara Sri Manji Sahib Diwan Hall.

On this occasion, Bhai Harmitar Singh shared Gurmat thoughts with the devotees and informed them about the history of the martyrdom of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur. He said that Baba Banda Singh Bahadur was Jarnail Singh, who established the Sikh state and earned the honor of being the first emperor. On this occasion, Shiromani Committee member Advocate Bhagwant Singh Sialka, talking about the life history of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur ji, said that Baba Banda Singh Bahadur was the founder of the Sikh state, who reformed the oppressors and established the Sikh state and coined the Khalsa state. .
