Cases of corona epidemic are increasing once again. Seeing this, Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya will hold a review meeting with the health ministers of all states and Union Territories in the afternoon.
Mandaviya said on the situation of Corona in the country that we need not to panic but to be alert. At present, the sub-variant of Omicran is spreading in the country. It does not require hospitalization.
After 6 and a half months, new cases of Corona have increased from 5000 in the country. 5335 new cases were found while 13 people died. Earlier on September 22, 5385 cases were reported. Currently there are 25587 active cases in the country. These are the highest since October 9. 25488 people are undergoing treatment.

A meeting of the Government Empowered Group One was held on Wednesday in the wake of increasing corona cases in the country. In this meeting, there was a discussion about Covid management. Chairman Dr. VK Paul did it. The government had formed 6 empowered groups in May 2020 to deal with the corona virus. More than 50 senior officials of the government were included among them. In May 2021, the number of these groups was increased to 10.
