The police arrested the absconding accused in the case of fraud

The team of the Special Branch of Hoshiarpur has arrested the fugitive accused named in the case of fraud. The arrested accused has been identified as Varinder Singh resident of village Khun-Khun Kalan. The said fugitive accused was named by the Tanda Police in a cheating case in 2019. Since then the said accused was absconding.

When he did not appear again after getting bail from the court, the court of Hon'ble Judge Neelam of Dasuha Court declared him a fugitive on 19 September 2023. Special team employees SI Amarjit Singh, ASI Kuldeep Singh, ASI Jaspal Singh caught him and handed him over to Tanda police.
