The court sent former MLA Kulbir Zira to judicial custody

Former MLA of Punjab Congress Kulbir Singh Zira has been arrested by Ferozepur police at 4 am. Information has been received that the Ferozepur police picked up the former MLA from his house in the morning.

A video of Zira’s arrest has now come out, in which a large force enters the former MLA’s house in the early hours. All the employees were in civil uniform. In the video, a large convoy of vehicles is seen coming.

An FIR has been registered against the former MLA on charges of protesting and obstructing work at the BDPO office. The court has sent Zira to judicial custody for 14 days.
This arrest has taken place under the allegations of disrupting government work. An FIR was registered on the complaint of BDPO.

Recently, Zira police registered a case against former Congress MLA Kulbir Singh Zira. There are allegations that Kulbir Zira along with his supporters staged dharna outside the BDPO office. Meanwhile, Kulbir along with his colleagues entered the office and allegedly tampered with the government documents there.
