Bureau report : The family of Jodha Singh of Sangrur is still not sure whether the son is no longer in this world. 22-year-old Jodha Singh was a resident of the same Satauj village from which Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is also from. Jodha Singh and Satnam Singh Ghainwal, who were involved in agricultural work, were washing the combine near Bhanguan. But he did not know that someone else’s carelessness will affect his life.
When Jodha Singh climbed on the combine to remove the fallen electric wire, he received a severe electric shock, due to which he died on the spot. While his partner Satnam Singh was seriously injured due to the electric shock in the combine, who has been admitted to the hospital, his condition was out of danger. It is being told that there was a joint in the wire due to which Jodha Singh got electrocuted through the combine.
Jodha Singh was the son of Karnail Singh, the president of Local Gurdwara Committee Satauj. With the sudden death of the young man, the entire village became sad.
