Thane. A man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 17-year-old boy in Kalyan area of Thane district in Maharashtra.
A police officer gave this information on Thursday. Kolsewadi police station official said that the boy was waiting for a rickshaw in the early hours of Wednesday when the accused offered to take him on his scooter.
“The man later took her to a lodge and molested her by mixing something in her drink. A case has been registered for unnatural sex and other offenses under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.
