Terrible truck collided with trees at high speed

Five people, including two women, were injured when a speeding Chevrolet Cruze hit two trees and overturned in Sector 50 on Wednesday midnight. The injured were taken to GMCH Sector 32 Chandigarh, where doctors referred the driver to PGIMER as his condition was critical.

According to the police, the collision took place around 1.30 am. Hearing the screams of the car occupants, the people in the vicinity came out and immediately informed the police control room.

Police managed to save three people in the back seat, while the driver and the person sitting next to him were ejected after firefighters were called, who had to open the front doors.

Police said that Divyanshu had gone to have dinner with his friends in Sector 35 and lost control of the vehicle while driving at high speed.
