Giving further information, he said that during this investigation, it was revealed that the transfer of 25 kanal 15 marla land of Gurtej Singh and others at village Balran to the land of Balwant Singh at village Raipur, Tehsil Jakhal, Haryana was registered as a fake transfer and transfer (No. 10808). has happened Dharmaraj Patwari took a bribe of 7 lakh rupees from Balwant Singh to carry out this fake death. Thereafter, Dharamraj Patwari obtained the approval of this transfer from Tehsildar Sandhura Singh (now retired) backdated to 15.05.2019 to match the entries in the deposit, which had a deadline of 15.05.2023.

Highlighting the irregularities in the revenue records, the spokesperson said that the patwari had made the entry for approval of the transfer with a ballpoint pen, unlike other entries on the same date, which were entered using a gel pen. Moreover, the accused Patwari did not send a copy of this transfer to Kanungo's office to hide his guilt.

During this investigation it was found that there was no family division between Gurtej Singh and others and Balwant Singh. Apart from this, Balwant Singh did not have any land at village Jakhal in Haryana. Balwant Singh, who claimed to be the owner of the land in Ballaran village since 1966, approached Dharmaraj Patwari to become the owner of the land through transfer, who demanded Rs 10 lakh. After the conversation, Dharamraj Patwari took a bribe of 7 lakh rupees from Balwant Singh.

The spokesperson further said that after the transfer of Dharamraj Patwari from here, Mithu Singh Patwari fraudulently reduced his share from 57 kanals 11 marles to 31 kanals 16 marles by altering the revenue records of the complainant. Through this illegal action, Balwant Singh was made the owner of 25 kanals and 15 marles of land by illegal transfer. To conceal these proceedings, Mithu Singh Patwari removed page numbers 134 to 138 from the deposit register and added new pages without serial numbers, unlike the rest of the register.

During the investigation it came to light that Mithu Singh Patwari had done this manipulation in the revenue record on 07.05.2021. Then Balwant Singh transferred the said land to his grandson Balraj Singh through Wasika No. 53 dated 26.04.2022. Thereafter Bhagwan Das Patwari registered transfer number 11123 dated 8.7.2022 and got approval on 14.07.2022.

When the complainant Gurtej Singh came to know about this, he filed a complaint, then Bhagwan Das Patwari corrected Intkal No. 16 dated 18.07.2022, but he entered the sale deed on the basis of Intkal No. 11123 dated 18.07.2022 in the revenue register. /Vasika No: 53 dated 26.04.2022 failed to cite.
