Asafoetida, celery, black pepper, sweet are important to make this, which makes this asafoetida more beneficial and tasty. Yogesh says that despite being Rs 500 a kg, there is a lot of demand for it in the exhibition.
Sahil Chaudhary, who reached the exhibition, said, ‘I am a resident of Amroha and come to the exhibition in Aligarh every year. The main reason for coming here is the asafoetida found here, which is not only tasty but also very healthy. He said that apart from Mathura, this asafoetida peda is available here in Aligarh, which remains the first choice of many people.
