Ingredients to make Tomato Chutney
Tomato – 4-5
Garlic – 5-7 cloves
Green chili chopped – 3-4
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste

Tomato Chutney Recipe
To make tomato chutney, first wash the tomatoes thoroughly and then cut them into big pieces. After this, finely chop garlic, green chilies, green coriander. Now put 1 tsp oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and cumin seeds and fry for some time. When the masala starts crackling, add chopped tomato pieces to it. Then add green coriander leaves and salt as per taste.

Stirring with a ladle, mix all the ingredients together well. After this cover the pan and cook the tomatoes till they become soft. After this add sugar and dried mango powder to the tomatoes and mix and let it cook for some more time. After this turn off the gas. If you do not like sweet chutney then do not use sugar in chutney. Tasty tomato chutney is ready. It can be eaten with paratha, roti. Tomato chutney can also be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
