Navjot Singh Sidhu has tweeted that a suspicious person entered his residence in Patiala yesterday evening. He described the incident as a lapse in security arrangements.
Sidhu said that he has brought the matter to the attention of the Punjab Police Chief. The Congress leader has tweeted in this regard and has written, “Today at around seven o’clock in the evening, an unknown suspect was seen on the roof of my residence wrapped in a gray blanket. When the servant raised the alarm for help, he immediately fled the scene.
Today on the terrace of my residence an unknown suspicious character wrapped in grey blanket was noticed around 7:00 PM , the moment my servant went out raised the alarm and called for help , he immediately ran and escaped.

In this regard DGP Talks have been held with Punjab and SSP Patiala has also been informed. Lack of security will not stop me from raising my voice for Punjab.
