Bureau report : On Friday afternoon, 6 assailants riding on 2 bikes on Ferozepur’s Malwal Road started shooting at a young man. One bullet hit the young man’s face and the other hit his arm. After which the young man is seriously injured. After the incident, the youth escaped from the spot. The youth has been admitted to a private hospital. He has been identified as Amit alias Ravi, a resident of Bharat Nagar.
As soon as the incident was reported, the police team of Siti police station reached the spot and started the investigation. The police are checking the CCTV cameras around to identify the attackers. Till now, it has not been determined due to which reasons the firing has taken place. But in the video of the attack that has come out, it is clearly seen that when the bullets started firing at the young man, he dropped the bike and ran to save his life. A person was going on a scooty in front of him, he also left his two-wheeler and tried to escape. The man who has been attacked tries to enter a shop to escape but before he can he is shot by the assailants and falls down and the assailants escape.
The injured youth has been admitted to the hospital for treatment by the surrounding people, his condition is said to be very critical. The doctors are trying to extract the pills from the young man.
