The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee celebrated Bhagat Namdev Ji’s birthday with reverence. In this connection, Sri Akhand Path Sahib was offered at Gurdwara Sri Manji Sahib Diwan Hall, after which the congregation was joined by the band of Hazuri Ragi Bhai Harwinder Singh of Sachkhand Sri Harimandar Sahib with Gurbani Kirtan. Prayers were offered by Bhai Sarwan Singh and the Sangat was greeted with the Holy Hukamnama Pracharak Bhai Satwant Singh.
On this occasion, preacher Bhai Satwant Singh shared with the devotees about the life history of Bhagat Namdev Ji. He said that Bhagat Namdev ji’s life inspires to do work and Naam Simran. Bhagat Namdev Ji’s Bani is a beacon of light for humanity, from which the divine and human unity is guided. He appealed to the devotees to take inspiration from Bhagatji’s life.
On this occasion, Additional Secretary of Shiromani Committee. Tejinder Singh Padda, Manager of Sri Darbar Sahib. Bhagwant Singh Dhangera, Superintendent Nishan Singh, in charge Malkit Singh Beharwal, s. Major Singh, S. Bagicha Singh, Manager S.
