Satyendra Jain got relief from the Supreme Court

Former Health Minister of Delhi Satyendra Jain has been granted bail for 6 weeks by the Supreme Court. Till July 11, they have got interim relief from the court. They will have to appear in court again on June 10. During the hearing, the court said that Jain should be released keeping in view his health. During this time he will not go out of Delhi.

The Supreme Court said that we allow Satyendra Jain to be treated in a private hospital. Jains will not influence any witness. He will not go outside Delhi without the permission of the court. Whatever treatment is being done during bail. His documents should be produced before the court.

Earlier on May 18, the Supreme Court had issued a notice to the ED and sought its response. Jain has been in custody since May 31, 2022. After the bail petition was rejected by the Delhi High Court on April 6, he appealed to the Supreme Court.

Yesterday morning, AAP leader Satyendra Jain slipped and fell in the washroom of Tihar Jail. He was admitted to Deendayal Upadhyay Hospital in the morning. After his condition worsened around 12 noon, he was shifted to Lok Narayan Jai Prakash Hospital and kept on oxygen support.

This was the third time in a week that Jain was brought to the hospital. Earlier on May 22, he was taken to Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital. Then he had trouble in the spine.
