He also reviewed the complaints pending with various officers and employees and directed to call a meeting of the departments with the most pending complaints.

Emphasizing the need to set a deadline for settling all outstanding grievances, he clarified that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister S.Bhagwant Mann has come to power to improve the system and the facilities provided to the people by the state government.
