In order to further improve the grievance redressal process in the state, Punjab Administrative Reforms and Public Grievance Redressal Minister Aman Arora has directed the officials of the department to start an artificial intelligence (AI) based system so that PG. Presiding over a meeting called to review the functioning of the department in his office here, Mr. Aman Arora asked Principal Secretary Administrative Reforms and Public Grievance Redressal Mr. Tejveer Singh to ensure continuous monitoring of pending complaints at the state and district level. He also reviewed the complaints pending with various officers and employees and directed to call a meeting of the departments with the most pending complaints.
Emphasizing the need to set a deadline for settling all outstanding grievances, he clarified that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister S.Bhagwant Mann has come to power to improve the system and the facilities provided to the people by the state government.
