Bureau Report: Income Tax Department teams have raided the house and premises of Jalandhar Christian community leader Khulra Kingra Church Pastor Ankur Narula. The team reached their house at 6 am along with central security forces. The matter is said to be related to money transaction. The team has detained people inside, no one is allowed to go in or out. Soldiers have also been deployed outside the house, so far no statement has been issued by Narula or the Income Tax Department.
Raid at 11 locations
According to the information, the income tax department had caught wrong entries regarding money transactions. From which it has come to know that there was a transaction of money abroad as well. Due to this, the Income Tax Department team has raided 11 locations of Pastor Ankur Narula.
The team arrived at 6 am
The teams of the Income Tax Department reached Khambra in Jalandhar early in the morning. The officers who came with the team rang the bell of Pastor Ankur Narula’s house at around 6 am, after that a central security guard has been placed inside the house. The central forces were neither allowing anyone to enter the house nor to come out, only they were not being killed in the street.
