Punjab’s daughter won the silver medal in the kickboxing world championship

Khushpreet Kaur, a resident of Moga, Punjab, has won a silver medal in the World Kickboxing Championship. Players from 112 countries of the world participated in this championship. About 45 players from different states of India participated in it. In which Khushpreet Kaur has brought the name of the country as well as the district and her parents to light by winning the silver medal.

Khushpreet is a resident of village Ransih Khurd in Moga district. She is a first year student of BSc Physics in DAV University Jalandhar. He won a silver medal in the Kickboxing Championship held in Portugal from November 17 to 26. On reaching Moga on Thursday, Khushpreet was warmly welcomed by Deputy Commissioner Kulwant Singh and Aam Aadmi Party workers.

On this occasion, Khushpreet Kaur’s father said that his daughter has achieved this position after being influenced by the movie Dangal. On this occasion, the officials of DAV University said that the university has decided that the entire cost of Khushpreet’s education and food will be borne by the university.
